Where we ship
We deliver across the entire territory of North Macedonia. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free of charge on all orders, with no minimum order value required.

Order processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone. Our team prepares and dispatches orders during regular business hours. You will be contacted to coordinate the delivery window where needed.

Perishable and temperature-sensitive products
Food items that require refrigeration or controlled handling are packed and transported in line with food safety standards. To preserve product quality, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that goods are stored appropriately as soon as they arrive.

Missed deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order at the agreed time, our courier will attempt to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be returned to our warehouse and rescheduled.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If any item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
